Head coach Megan, is an ASCA registered Strength & Conditioning coach with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and 10+ years experience in the fitness industry

We offer movement for all levels of activity through Personal Training and Group Training, though in winter the group timetable is reduced.

Sessions generally run in Prince Alfred Park. When it rains we have a variety of indoor options available around the Chippendale area.

Returning to exercise after a long break can be difficult. If you're thinking of starting to move again the best thing to do is to get started. It's the hardest part. Mobility training is a nice way to ease back in, it is stretching, often while sitting down but is still challenging. Once you've started, you'll learn a bit more about what is on offer and you can choose what you pursue from there.

A lot of our clients participate in fun runs. You don't have to do this, but if you are interested we can help. You will be supported, and pushing through these barriers with a community of likeminded training partners, will make the journey so much more enjoyable. We also offer boxing, muay thai, strength and conditioning for athletes and general population.

You don't need to be fit or flexible or anything else you think you might need to be to get started. Just reach out, and let's get going.
