Megan is an ASCA registered Strength & Conditioning coach with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and 10+ years experience in the fitness industry

Sessions are run to meet the needs of the individual, but tend to suit those with a specific goal in mind.

Your training will be structured, and will achieve results provided you communicate well and stick to the plan

Megan's qualifications and experience allow her to coach the whole individual, looking at all components of your lifestyle and training
