Head coach Megan, is an ASCA registered Strength & Conditioning coach with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and 10+ years experience in the fitness industry

We offer movement, for people who want to do something but don't want to start with bootcamp.

 

Our mobility classes are the way to come back to exercise. They're hard, but, it is stretching, often while sitting down, so it's a good place to start. Once you're in, you'll learn a bit more about what is on offer and you can choose what you pursue from there.

A lot of our clients participate in fun runs. You don't have to do this. But if you are interested, many of these people began training unable to jog 1km. You will be supported, and pushing through these barriers with a community of likeminded training partners, will make the journey so much more enjoyable.  

You don't need to be fit or flexible or anything else you think you might need to be, to get started. Just reach out, and let's get going.
