Megan is an ASCA registered Strength & Conditioning coach with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and 10+ years experience in the fitness industry

Sessions are run to meet the needs of the individual, but tend to suit those hungry to achieve their goals.

Your training will be structured, and will achieve results provided you communicate well and stick to the plan
